🌟 Our Beginning
The journey of Rajmandir began in 1986, inspired by a simple dream: to create cold drinks that weren’t just delicious, but unforgettable. Armed with a few cherished family recipes and a passion for taste, we started with a humble menu of sharbat, lassi, fruit milkshakes, and milk cold drinks (milkshakes).
🍍 Flavors That Built Our Name
It wasn’t long before our flavors stood out. Our Pineapple Piece Sharbat, pineapple piece lassi, and Pista milk cold drink quickly became crowd favorites, drawing loyal customers from all around. As our reputation grew, so did our menu, welcoming the likes of falooda, fresh juices, thick shakes, and fruit milkshakes.
🌱 Where Our Roots Lie
But our story doesn’t start and end in a glass. Our roots go deeper—to Talala Gir, the land of world-renowned Kesar mangoes. There, our grandfather was a grain merchant and mango farmer who taught us to value purity, honesty, and the bounty of nature. That legacy followed us to Rajkot, where Mr. Suresh Patel transformed generations of experience into something extraordinary. In 1986, he founded Rajmandir’s first outlet, driven by a dream of sharing unforgettable flavors. Today, that dream is carried forward by the next generation—Mr. Maulik Patel and Mr. Trupal Patel—who are expanding the brand with the same devotion to quality, heritage, and innovation.

In 2006, we expanded into ice cream manufacturing, staying true to our dedication to quality and taste. Just like our drinks, Rajmandir’s ice cream was met with open arms and eager spoons.
