Due to the Perishable Nature of the Food products, and to avoid external contamination/adulteration (unintentionally), we do not accept any return of the products.
In case of any quality issue or significant damage in Transit, customer needs to raise a request within 24 hours of delivering the product along with pictures of the state in which the product is received. The Support Team will investigate the request and once justified, will issue a replacement or refund depending on the case. Mail us at cc@gulabs.in for any such request.

What is the procedure for Returning Products?
Since we deal in food items, we have a strict no return and refund policy. Incase you have any complaints or recieved spoiled goods, please contact us immediately or incase the goods were damaged on transit, please click a photo of the package opened and email us. Please do not forget to mention your Order ID along with your email after which we will provide a resolution.
