Returns

All returns must be postmarked within 3 days of the purchase date. All returned items must be new and in an unused condition.

Return Process

To return an item, please email customer service at feedback@rajmandir.com with a clear video that shows the product's defects along with your Order ID. Your order will be picked up within 4 working days, and we'll work on sending you a replacement within 3 working days upon receipt of the product by our team.

Refunds

Since we deal in food items, we have a strict no return and refund policy. Incase you have any complaints or received spoiled goods, please contact us immediately or incase the goods were damaged on transit, please click a photo of the package opened and email us at feedback@rajmandir.com with a clear video that shows the product's defects along with your Order ID. Please do not forget to mention your Order ID along with your email after which we will provide a resolution. Your order will be picked up within 4 working days, and we'll work on sending you a replacement within 3 working days upon receipt of the product by our team.
